The present public contract is a construction contract whose object is the design, realization, financing and marketing of a real estate project composed of 100 housing units (with variation of more or less ten units) in an approximate proportion of 70% houses and 30% apartments, parking spaces (two parking spaces per accommodation and a minimum of 30 public places), roads and a wooded area.
