GEANT Limited regularly deploys transmission and IP routing equipment in commercial and private co-location and housing facilities throughout Europe. This procurement was to set in place Framework Agreements with one, or more, Provider(s) of IP and Optical transmission equipment deployment and implementation services, The intention is for GEANT to 'call off' various network engineering deployment services during the term of the frameworks. The scope of the agreements cover services to support the following:

a) racking equipment;

b) related power supplies and commissioning;

c) network equipment;

d) cabling;

e) associated testing in readiness for acceptance certification.
