The subject of the order is the delivery of up to 400 m3 of diesel fuel, successively batches under the maintenance free diesel collection system with the ability to manage supplies and refueling.
The contract shall cover two types of contracts, i.e. services or deliveries, given the fact that the main subject of the contract at cost terms is the supply of diesel fuel, supply provisions shall apply to its award.
In order to precisely specify the object of the order, the Ordering Party divides its description into 2 segments:
a) Operation of maintenance-free diesel consumption system with supply and refueling management function with the transfer for use at the time of the order of two ground-based dual-coat tanks of 5000 litres each
b) Successful supply of diesel fuel up to 24 m from the date of the signing of the contract under the maintenance free diesel collection system with supply and refueling management function.
a) Operation of the maintenance free diesel consumption system with supply and refueling management function with transfer for use at the time of the order of two terrestrial dual-coat tanks of 5000 litres each.
b) Successful supply of diesel fuel up to 24 m from the date of the signing of the contract under the maintenance free diesel collection system with supply and refueling management function.
As part of the execution of this contract segment, the contractor will be obliged to transfer for use two twin-jacket tanks with a capacity of 5000 l, equipped with distributors with a system of maintenance-free diesel consumption, driver and operator management and operation of machinery and means of transport.
1) Launch a maintenance-free diesel consumption system with supply management and refueling function.
The existing state provides for the operation of two tincture points, which will be used by the Komunal Agency Spółka z o. o. in Brzeszczach: at Kościelna Street 7 and at 48 Graniczna Street (average annual fuel consumption in both locations, respectively: approx. 70.000l/year and 130.000l/year). Their task will be to take fuels from autocystern into the storage tank, storing fuels and dispensing them through a tank with a distributor to the tanks of motor vehicles. As part of the implementation of this segment of the contract, the contractor will also be obliged to supply and install diesel distributors and connect it to two ground-based dual-coat tanks with a capacity of 5000 liters located on the premises of both bases The Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority provides for the delivery of vehicle identifiers and drivers' identifiers/cards as required by the system. Cards must provide reconnaissance in the driver and vehicle system. The Ordering Authority specifies that it provides for the inclusion of 65 vehicles and 65 drivers.
2) Successful supply of diesel fuel:
Diesel supply parameters:
(a) Diesel oil should correspond to the parameters specified in the current date of submission of the tender Standard PN-EN 590 and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy on quality requirements for liquid fuels of 9 October 2015. (t.j.: Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680). The Contracting Authority envisages the delivery of standard oil during the whole period of the order, except that during the winter period (1 December — 28 February) it reserves the possibility to order diesel fuel with improved low temperature characteristics (so-called Arctic), the availability of which in the winter period The above indicated winter period the Contractor should guarantee. The above reservation does not give rise to the contracting party to order Arctic oil, the record above is intended only to safeguard the departure of vehicles for winter road maintenance or the receipt of waste in the event of extreme low temperatures. As a rule, it remains that standard diesel fuel will be supplied during the period of the order (subject to the records of Annex No 6a to swz in fine as regards changes in the grade of the oil supplied during the order). Diesel oil should characterize the parameters indicated in Annexes No 6a and 6b (technical conditions of diesel fuel according to the above standards).
