This framework agreement relates to the renewal of the licenses included in a Passport Advantage package enabling software development, support and maintenance, essential for the proper functioning of ETNIC's IT architecture, as well as, incidental, the acquisition of additional licenses.
The framework agreement consists of two batches, one mostly WebSphere oriented batch and another mainly DB2 oriented.
WebSphere LotBatch 1 “WebSphere Batch” that mainly concerns WebSphere products
This lot is made up of two items:
— item 1 — Acquisitions of licence maintenance used by the PA;
— item 2 — Acquisitions of new licences for maintenance product families in item 1 (see § 4.2.1 for further details) which could possibly be purchased.

Batch DB2Lot 2 “Batch DB2” which relates mainly to DB2 products.
This lot is made up of two items:
— item 1 — Acquisitions of licence maintenance used by the PA;
— item 2 — Acquisitions of new licences for maintenance product families in item 1 (see § 4.2.1 for further details) which could possibly be purchased.
