1. delivery of furniture and assembly to organizational units of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.The subject of the order was divided into 3 parts.

2.The Contractor shall submit together with the bid the said means of proof in the form of data sheets.

3. The Contractor shall submit the said evidence in the form of documents (certificates and attestations or other equivalent documents) together with the offer.

4. The Contractor shall submit the said evidence in the form of assembled furniture together with the offer.

5. The subject matter of the contract will be performed within 11 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract (maximum up to 11 weeks in accordance with the Terms of Reference, the term of performance of the contract is one of the criteria for the evaluation of offers), including: a) STAGE I – the process of preparation, production or final completion of furniture – the sum of the deadline for the implementation of this stage (STAGE I) and the period of implementation of STAGE II may not exceed 11 weeks (max. 11 weeks) from the date of conclusion of the contract, b) STAGE II – delivery and assembly of furniture – up to 4 weeks from the date indicated in the notification.
