During the performance of the contract, the services will be ordered as needed and the preliminary volumes of services may be reduced or, in case of need, not ordered at all, or may be increased - the maximum number of services can be ordered for no more than EUR 20,000.00 including VAT (or EUR 16,528.93 excluding VAT, if the supplier is not a VAT payer or the services are not subject to VAT, whether, for other reasons, the final amount payable by the Contracting Authority to the supplier will be exclusive of VAT).
