The services consist in assisting EDF and EDVANCE to take into account, at best, the Human and/or Socio-organizational and Human Factors:

in all engineering and operating activities of the nuclear fleet,

in new design or evolution/modification files,

of a technical, documentary and organizational nature, in the phase of:

construction (new work),

conception

Operation

The services concern SOH studies in design, SOH studies in operation and SOH/FH training:

all technical areas, including specificities related to control-command, all nuclear units and change management and training.

EDF has decided to entrust "Project management assistance and assistance to the Nuclear Operator" services to suppliers with proven know-how in the fields of Human Factors (HF) and Socio-Organizational and Human Factors (SOH).

The Incumbent is expected to share EDF's experience and skills acquired in the fields mentioned and to be a force for proposal.

Expectations for SOH services in design:

Deployment of the SOH approach of the User Unit (analysis of sensitivity or SOH impact of technical or documentary developments, development and monitoring of an SOH action plan, monitoring of the Holder's FU studies, field analyses, ect),

Implementation of models, simulation support tools and overall validation for the control command domain,

Analysis of current or future activity (Driving, Maintenance, etc.), work situations, operations and organizations, ergonomic support for technical design, including evaluation / proposal of technical solutions, particularly in the development of facilities, premises and buildings,

Methodological support (Continuous improvement, treatment of the accumulation of SOH impacts), collection and analysis of SOH feedback from the modifications deployed

For SERVICES in Training and Operations SOH:

Support for technical, documentary, organizational, working methods or activity developments calling for the implementation of an SOH approach in operating situations,

Advice and change management,

Services relating to support in the process of evolution of the safety and security culture and safety leadership

Services relating to training and skills development actions with the actors of the SOH approach in the units: Pedagogical development of awareness-raising materials / FOH training, animation of awareness sessions or training on the FOH field on the basis of existing or to be developed materials.
