The client, the Markland College Foundation, sets out a construction assignment for the realisation of the renewal and expansion of the education building of the Markland College in Oudenbosch.

The client is looking for a contractor who has knowledge and experience in building and building an educational building, where the educational process can pass through and experience minimal nuisance. The construction contract should be carried out in consultation with third party executives in the field of technical installations and civil works.

The starting points of the construction plan are set out in a more detailed Programme of Requirements (PVE) and a final design. The candidate is expected to be carried out on the basis of these principles and the elaboration towards a ready design, the execution of the architectural works and the coordination of technical installations and civil works.
