The contest is for a framework agreement for winter maintenance. The contracting authority would like to enter into a parallel framework agreement with tenderers that provide winter maintenance (snow ploughing and gritting) on municipal roads.
A contract will be signed with more than 1 tenderer for winter maintenance. Tenderers can submit tender offers for multiple areas. The contracting authority retains the right that the award of contracts for the individual areas is dependent on budget coverage.
The framework agreement will be valid from and including 01.11.2023 until and including 31.10.2025, with an option for the contracting authority to extend for up to 2 years, 12 months at a time. The value of the procurement is anticipated to be NOK 5 million for a 4-year period.
The contracting authority reserves the right to take away or reduce areas or the scope of the framework agreement in the contract period due to reorganisation and/or a lack of grants in the municipality.
