The subject of the contract is the supply of a field harvester for harvesting cereals, rapeseed, legumes and corn for SDOO in Zybiszów.
The design of the machinery must be such as to enable it to operate in the more difficult conditions associated with the harvesting of rapeseed and maize.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new/post-exhibition plot harvester adapted for harvesting cereals, legumes, rapeseed and corn.

The risk of accidental loss or damage to the item in the time from its release to the guarantor (Contractor) to its collection by the authorized person (Ordering Party) is borne by the guarantor.
