External prevention service of occupational risks, specialties of medicine at work and health surveillance for the personnel providing services in non-university public teaching centers dependent on the Ministry of Culture, Education, Vocational Training and Universities. The services to be performed specified in the Technical Specifications will be those indicated below: Occupational medicine:

- Evaluation of particularly sensitive workers or evaluation of the position of workers. Issue a certificate of occupational medical fitness as well as a report with the conclusions.

- To collaborate, not only in the implementation and implementation of prevention campaigns, but also in the programming and delivery of training courses and in the provision of information to workers.

- In relation to health surveillance, develop the actions indicated in article 37.3 of Royal Decree 39/1997, of January 17, which approves the Regulation of Prevention Services, and according to the conditions set by article 22 of Law 31/95, of November 8, on the Prevention of Occupational Risks, specifically:

An initial health assessment of workers after they return to work or after assignment of specific tasks with new health risks.

Health monitoring at regular intervals.

Health surveillance must cover at least all workers:

- Clinical history according to the risks inherent to the work

- Clinical examination that will include vision control, spirometry, otoscopy, audiometry and electrocardiogram

- Blood and urine analysis (the delivery of blood and urine samples will be made prior to the visit by the worker to the doctor, with the aim that he has the results of the analyzes at the time of the examination)

-Medical examination for women that will include: cytological study, breast examination and mammography, if applicable.

-Specific test for men over 50 years: determination of prostate antigen in blood (PSA).

- Everything contemplated in Royal Decree 843/2011, of June 17, which establishes the basic criteria on the organization of resources to develop the health activity of prevention services.
