The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 6) covering works in the field of forest management, logging and skidding to be carried out in the Babki Forest District in 2020. The subject of the order was divided into 5 parts (Packages):

Package I - Performing forest management, logging and logging activities in the Kobylepole forestry area,

Package II - Performing forest management, logging and logging activities in the Mechowo forestry area,

Package III - Performing forest management, logging and logging activities in the Drapałka forestry area,

Package IV - Performing works in the field of forest management, logging and logging in the Mieczewo forestry area,

Package V - Performing forest management, logging and logging activities in the Rogalin forestry area.

The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 6 as amended - "Act on forests") covering works in forest management, harvesting and skidding wood to be made in the Babki Forest District in 2020. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest management, logging and logging resulting from Annex No. 3.1. to the Terms of Reference, which consists of attachments: 3.1.1.- size of works according to activities, 3.2.1.- zones of difficulty and haulage distance, 3.3.1.-timber harvesting system. The material ranges listed in Annexes 3.1.1., 3.2.1., 3.3.1. are estimates. A detailed description of the technology for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 4 to the ToR. Description of acceptance of works is included in Annex 5 to the ToR. The detailed description of the order is supplemented by the description of activities constituting individual works specified in the introduction to the catalog of time standards for forest works (constituting an annex to Regulation No. 99 of the General Director of State Forests of 23.11.2003 on the introduction of catalogs of working time standards for forest works - reference OR-181-1 / 03) - Annex No. 15.1. to the ToR.
