The main purpose of the assignment is to conduct an end review of the EnPe I programme (‘master programme for energy and petroleum’) and a Mid-Term Review of the EnPe II programme (‘Norwegian programme for capacity development in higher education and research for development within the fields of energy and petroleum’). The main objectives are to 1) ascertain programme and project results at output and outcome level, 2) assess the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of the programmes, and 3) provide recommendations for the remaining programme period as well as for potential future programme design and implementation.

This procurement is conducted in accordance with the Regulation on public procurement part I and is published voluntary on Doffin and TED to invite more tenderers.

The scope is estimated to 12 work weeks.
