The subject of the contract is the development of design documentation and the execution of construction works on its basis as part of the Investment "Construction of a waste composting plant at the Municipal Waste Utilization Plant in Hryniewicze in the design and build formula:

1) execution of the construction design and executive design, agreed with the Contracting Authority, along with obtaining all arrangements required by law, studies, derogations, consents necessary to obtain a building permit, investment permit or notification of construction works;

2) execution of construction works along with the author's supervision over their implementation;

3) delivery and assembly of necessary equipment, machines, equipment, including the provision of service required by their manufacturer, replacement of parts/consumables as part of the remuneration resulting from the Agreement during the Period of Reporting Defects and Defects;

4) carrying out warranty inspections;

5) achieving guaranteed operating parameters of the Installation.

The investment should be carried out within the scope specified in the Agreement and the Functional and Utility Program (PFU volume III SWZ), containing a detailed scope of works, services and supplies, including the parameters of the Investment and details of solutions and technological requirements, and in accordance with applicable law, in particular the Construction Law, as well as technical standards and principles of technical knowledge applicable to the subject of the contract, decisions, opinions, agreements, standards and principles of construction practice, applicable in the performance of construction works, in accordance with the recommendations of the Contract Supervision Engineer (hereinafter: "INU"), in a manner ensuring efficient and safe operation of the Installation. Installation means waste composting plant - installation with a capacity of min. 25 000 Mg/year for biological treatment of waste under aerobic conditions in a system of closed bioreactors, together with the necessary infrastructure elements (m.in. installations: water supply, rainwater and technological sewage system, power installation, teletechnical installation, tanks for rainwater, technological leachate tanks, scrubbers and biofilters), a roofed waste reception zone and a maneuvering zone in front of tunnels, technical rooms, a yard for composting/waste stabilization, a storage shed for finished compost. At the stage of execution of the contract (Agreement), the Contractor will have at its disposal a team of persons with the following building licenses:

- for designing without restrictions in the construction and construction specialty,

- for designing without restrictions in the field of installation in the field of networks, installations and equipment for heating, ventilation, gas, water supply and sewage systems,

- for designing without restrictions in the field of installation specialty in the field of electrical and energy installations and equipment,

- for designing without restrictions in the field of installation in the field of networks, installations and telecommunications equipment,

- for designing without restrictions in the field of road engineering, in the installation specialty in the field of networks, installations and heat, ventilation, gas, water supply and sewage equipment

- to direct construction works without restriction,

- in the field of installation in the field of networks, installations and electrical and power equipment, teletechnical without restrictions.

At the stage of contract performance (Contract), the Contractor is obliged to provide the necessary personnel with appropriate construction licenses enabling the implementation of design works and supervision over industry works necessary for the proper performance of the contract. The above personnel shall be submitted to the Contracting Authority for approval and included in the price of the offer.
