This consultation concerns an intellectual services contract with a view to designating a team comprising an architect planner (agent of the group), a VRD technical design office and a landscape designer, as part of the realization of the ZAC Éco Quartier du Vallat in Meyrargues in the Bouches-du-Rhône. The description of the services and their technical specifications as well as the scope of the development operation are indicated in the specification of the specific contract clauses. All market information is specified in the documents constituting the WFD.

The missions entrusted to the incumbent are as follows:

— pre-project studies (AVP),

- Project studies (PRO),

— Assistance to the contracting authority in the awarding of works contracts (ACT);

— examination of the conformity of project implementation studies (VISA),

- Direction of the execution of works contracts (DET),

- Assistance to reception operations (AOR).

These missions may be carried out in the areas of urban development and various roads and networks. The contract also provides for the definition of the mass plan and the layout plan, the development of the implementation file, the specification of architectural, urban and landscape prescriptions as well as the lot sheets and a mission of architect-urban consultant. The tasks of MOE and the additional services are detailed in the specific clauses of this contract.
