The purpose of this contract is the service of attention and information to the citizens in the Xunta de Galicia (telephone 012).

With this hiring what is intended is the management of the Information and Service Center of the Xunta de Galicia, in order to meet the contacts that users (either the own staff of the Xunta or the rest of interested citizens) perform for any of the channels of attention that are made available to you, either through the telephone channel (mainly the number 012 and other specific numbers of the services), email, web pages, fax, etc.
