The overall objective of the project is to enhance gender equality in the EU policy area of research by providing policy makers with research findings and practical tools on implementing gender sensitive policies in research institutions.

The specific objective is to support research institutions – Universities, Research Performing Organisations and Research Funding Organisations with sound methodological guidelines for mainstreaming gender in research institutions, achieving structural transformation, including the change of organisational culture.
