Structural design

For the 58 service apartments of approx. 145m2 each of the JVA Cologne Ossendorf, Rochusstr. house numbers 400-516 (along Butzweilerstraße), the basic renovation and drainage, as well as the insulation of the cellars is pending.

In the course of the basic renovation described above, the building blocks will be renovated in sections and dismantled down to the shell. The roof trusses of the service housing units must be used as

The overall measure for the renovation of service apartments is based on a tight schedule, which must be adhered to due to the dependencies on the main measure of the new construction of the prison.
