These eight themes stem from the Quality Framework for Nursing Home Care, adopted with effect from 13.1.2017. This quality framework has been established by independent experts from the Netherlands Healthcare Institute. The document describes what clients and their families can expect from nursing home care. The quality framework gives the sector space and tools for learning and improvement.
