The assignment includes the provision of cleaning and window cleaning.

In the current situation, 12 211 m2 is being cleaned by the current supplier. The total potential floor area is 17,989 m2. This area is spread over 16 schools in the municipalities of Ronde Venen, Bilt and Stichtse Vecht. The client reserves the right not to order the total square meters. This is partly due to the reasons below.

3 schools are cohabitation schools, Podium, Flambouw and JC van der Wal. Multiple parties use the building. Depending on the price that is offered, it will be determined after award whether the location will be included in full, in part or not in the contract.

The client has cleaning staff (4) in-house with a total working time factor of 1.48 (based on 40 hours per week). These employees are placed under management of the tenderer. After awarding the contract, it will be determined in consultation with the cleaning company at which location / areas the employee's own service (s) will perform. These locations / spaces are not given maintenance to the tenderer.

The total m2 of glass area is 8 808 m2.

No rights can be derived from the above numbers. In the coming years, the client can divest / close (parts of) locations and / or get new locations there. It is also possible that schools give less square meters to maintenance due to the shrinkage. The client expects a flexible attitude from the tenderer.
