The framework agreement will cover Tysvær Municipality's ongoing need for plumbing services including materials.

The contracting authority uses eBevis in this contest. eBevis enables the contracting authority to electronically obtain information that documents fulfilment of the qualification requirements connected to a company registration certificate and financial capacity, and that there are no grounds for rejection due to taxes and duties. The contracting authority can get access to company information from the Brønnøysund Register Centre and arrears from the Norwegian Tax Authority.

Before the contracting authority can obtain information through eBevis, you must give consent. This is done in Altinn.

The contract shall comprise of, but is not limited to:

- Work related to the maintenance and repair, assembly and routine service of pipes and sanitary installations of all types.

- Renovation and new installation of pipes and sanitary installations of all types.

- Assistance with ongoing preventive measures against legionella.

- Service, installation, and maintenance of sprinkler installations/central plant.

- Work; troubleshooting, upgrades, service, and maintenance of our heating installations (water borne).

- Service of cooling installations and troubleshooting.

- Alterations to and maintenance of the municipality's water treatment facilities.

- Assistance in the event of water pipelines breaks.

- Replacement and installation of water meters TK has a framework agreement with consulting HVAC and Sanitation engineers

Note: Tysvær Municipality reserves the right, but no obligation, to announce separate competitions for individual assignments over NOK 300,000 excluding VAT. Plumbing assignments included in turnkey contracts are exempt form this contract.
