The purpose of the contract is to select the company that will be in charge of carrying out the preventive (technical-legal, active and conductive), corrective and modifying maintenance, as well as the conservation and necessary repairs of the units assigned to the central services of the Ministry of Health, in order to maintain optimal conditions in the infrastructures and facilities of the buildings in which the different dependencies of the central services of the Ministry are located of the Community of Madrid and the correct adaptation of these.
