The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, seed production, comprehensive services at the Radzików forest nursery, as well as meadow and agriculture management and development of hunting district OHZ 107, to be carried out at the Cybinka Forest District in 2019.

The contract includes work in the field of logging consisting of felling, limbing and manipulation of wood using properly selected to the stand conditions, multi-operational machines (harvesters, processors, etc.), cut and properly prepared wood should be transported from the place of felling, and arranged in mists or piles in places designated by the Employer. Part of the work (e.g. surface preparation, cutting out undergrowths and undergrowth, cutting out deciduous, thick, dangerous trees, etc.) will require the involvement of properly trained and qualified workers (sawmen).

- This package includes works consisting in particular of feeding the animals, maintaining equipment and hunting plots and all agricultural services related to the maintenance of meadows, pastures and agricultural lands managed by OHZ Cybinka Forest District, in the area of excluded circuit 107 and partly also outside it (on N-ctwa),
