The service to be provided includes: school catering for pupils of communal nursery and elementary schools and of the Rose Saint-Just college and includes: manufacture, delivery, distribution of cold meals, maintenance of equipment and affected premises school catering.

The detailed service includes:

- the development of menus;

- the collection of the price of meals from users or their families for nursery and elementary schools only within the framework of a collection agency on behalf of third parties under the conditions set out in article 4 of these clauses particular; it being understood that the collection of the cost of meals at the Rose Saint-Just college will be supported by the college administration;

- the production of meals in accordance with regulatory requirements;

- transport and delivery of meals on site;

- distribution of meals to half-boarders;

- daily maintenance of the premises;

- cleaning of equipment;

- hygiene control: performance of microbacteriological self-checks provided for by regulations and performance of checks provided for by an approved laboratory;

- security control;

- preventive and curative maintenance of the equipment and materials assigned to the service covered by the contract and made available by the contracting authority according to the inventory attached in Annex 2;

- where applicable, the renewal of said equipment, including crockery.
