The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of the Geographic Information System (GIS) as part of the "E-commune in the Lublin Functional Area" project, covering in particular:

- delivery and implementation for the commune of Jastków of the Geographic Information System (GIS), including a mobile module on portable devices, both on-line and off-line, for managing network infrastructure, meeting the technical conditions set out in Annex 2 to the ToR,

- system configuration on the computer equipment indicated by the Employer,

- conducting trainings,

- delivery of the required licenses authorizing the Ordering Party to use the System legally,

- post-implementation service including the obligations indicated in the contract template constituting Annex 1 to the ToR and in the Description of the Object of the Order constituting Annex 2 to the ToR, including technical assistance after the delivery is completed
