Delivery, installation and commissioning of loudspeakers and cable networks in the T2 and GSH area during ongoing terminal operations.

As part of the generational change of the PA systems of Terminal 2 and the baggage sorting hall, the loudspeakers and cable networks are to be updated. The plants are to be built in accordance with LAR and EN 54-24. The pipeline networks are to be completely converted to A/B cabling; all loudspeakers are to be replaced and partly. to be supplemented. A special type of loudspeaker shall be provided by the client and shall be installed and put into operation by the contractor. The procurement of this loudspeaker is the subject of a parallel procurement procedure (2023-1003582).

The construction work for the T2 was divided into 4 partial lots. The client plans to provide services mainly on a day-to-day basis.

In order to do justice to the current economic conditions, a price escalation clause is provided for in the tender documents.

In the context of the request to participate, it is not necessary for a candidate to specify for how many lots or for which lots the request to participate will be submitted. A determination as to which lots are offered is only made by the bidders in the context of the submission of the offer, after the bidders have been invited by the contracting authority to submit a bid after the conclusion of the participation competition.
