Conclusion of an open house contract in accordance with § 140a SGB V on the special care of the insured persons of the AOK - The Health Insurance Fund for Lower Saxony and the insured persons of joined AOKs with stereotactic radiotherapy within the period 01.04.2024 to 31.03.2026 with the possibility of concluding a contract on a quarterly basis during the term.

Any interested and suitable service provider who fulfills the eligibility criteria (see below, III.1.) Can take part in the open house procedure.

The present proceedings are not governed by public procurement law. It is a so-called open house procedure. The subject matter of the present open house proceedings is the conclusion of non-exclusive contracts pursuant to § 140a SGB V on the special care of the insured persons of AOK Niedersachsen (and joined AOKs) with the indication, treatment and care for certain benign or malignant tumours, vascular malformations or functional disorders in accordance with the contract.

The open house procedure is open to all interested and suitable service providers who are willing to join the contract.

The supply offer and the requirements for the use result from the contract.

The Provider's accession ends:

a) with the end or elimination of the eligibility requirements.

b) by the participating service provider's written notice of termination to the AOKN. A termination of the participation of a service provider can be made with a notice period of 6 weeks to the end of each quarter, at the earliest after the end of one year of participation.

c) with the pronouncement of immediate termination by the AOKN due to a serious or repeated demonstrable breach of the obligations of this contract by the Service Provider.
