The purpose of this contract is to provide two solutions (on a subscription basis) installed and hosted in our data centers (known as "On Premise"). - An operational solution for securing Active Directory On Premise and Azure Active Directory. (Lot 1) - an operational solution for backup and recovery of Active Directory On Premise and Azure Active Directory. (Lot 2). Pursuant to Article R2151-8 of the French Public Procurement Code, Pôle emploi will authorise the presentation of variants during the "tender" phase. At the initiative of the applicant, the purpose of the variant is to allow him to propose the technical modality below. - Use of a SaaS solution for the Azure Active Directory part

The services of the Contract include:- Providing the software or software and installing the solution; - Take into account the needs related to the uses of Active Directory security; o Audit & Compliance; Detection and prevention of attacks Attack Analysis and Remediation ;o Backup and restore automation; - Ensure the maintenance of the solution in operational condition by providing preventive and evolutionary corrective maintenance; - provide a transfer of skills to the Pôle emploi teams; - meet the needs of Pôle emploi for expertise and support in the field of Active Directory security;- apply ANSSI recommendations;- adapt to new recommendations, cover new CVEs
