The object of the framework agreement is the provision of construction management services, i.e. expert services and property development services related to construction management.
This is a framework agreement in accordance with Section 42 of the Act on Public Contracts (1397/2016). The Client selects three (3) suppliers with whom it will conclude a framework agreement.
The assignments will consist of expert tasks related to the renovation projects and functional change projects of properties managed by the client (construction management, supervision and development tasks) as well as property development tasks mainly in Otaniemi, Espoo.

The customer may also select a smaller number of suppliers if there are fewer tenders that meet the requirements of the invitation to tender. The assignments will consist of expert tasks related to the renovation projects and functional change projects of properties managed by the client (construction management, supervision and development tasks) as well as property development tasks mainly in Otaniemi, Espoo.
Otaniemi is a culturally and historically significant area, so future assignments may involve cooperation with the National Board of Antiquities and the Alvar Aalto Foundation.
Aalto University is running a development programme for the Otaniemi campus area. The programme includes renovations of existing facilities and the implementation of new buildings for the needs of the university and other uses.
The services to be procured shall be implemented according to the schedule decided by the Contracting entity, in which case they may not be evenly distributed over the contract period. The Client does not undertake to order any predefined work from pre-defined Suppliers.
The tenderer must have one expert for each task. The experts must meet the mandatory suitability requirements and minimum requirements for the Tenderer in the invitation to tender. Positions include project manager, construction engineer, construction supervisor, HVAC supervisor, electrical work supervisor, safety coordinator, humidity control coordinator and property development consultant.
