This is a framework agreement with purchase orders consisting of two lots, each of which will be awarded separately. The Framework Agreement shall be concluded from 01/01/2024 until 31/12/2024 for the initial period, subject to its prior notification. Otherwise, it will take effect on the date of its notification, without affecting its expiry. It is tacitly renewable 3 times in one-year periods, up to a maximum of 4 years for the entire contract. The services are paid for by unit prices within the following limits and indicated in the deed of commitment for each of the two lots:- lot 01: a maximum of €80,000 excluding tax per period, i.e. a maximum of €320,000 excluding tax for the entire contract,- lot 02: a maximum of €120,000 excluding tax per period, i.e. a maximum of €480,000 excluding tax for the entire contract. The contract provides for the possibility of subsequently awarding the contract holder with one or more contracts for the performance of similar services
