Description:
Expansion and alignment of the LAN/WAN network of the Greater Poland Regional Branch of the National Health Fund

1. The subject of the contract is the expansion and alignment of the LAN/WAN network of Wielkopolski OW NFZ in Poznań, in accordance with Annex No 1 to the contract.

2. The subject of the contract referred to in paragraph 1 shall be delivered to the Greater Poland Regional Branch of the National Health Fund in Poznan to the indicated location of WOW NFZ in Poznań, in accordance with Annex 1 to the Agreement, in accordance with Annex 1 to the Agreement.

3. The subject of the contract should be launched in accordance with Annex 1 to the contract at the indicated location of WOW NFZ in Poznań, in accordance with Annex 1 to the contract.
