The service includes the provision of containers for the collection of the various types of waste from the districts of Meissen and Sächsische Schweiz-Osterzgebirge delivered to the transfer stations (ULS) of the Zweckverband Abfallwirtschaft Oberes Elbtal (ZAOE) in Gröbern, Kleincotta and Saugrund-Freital and the transport and recycling/disposal of individual types of waste to the treatment plants or treatment plants specified by the bidder.
