The object of the contract is water maintenance work for the years 2023 - 2026, which is to be carried out within the framework of ongoing water maintenance on waters of the first order. Components of the services include mowing as well as water and embankment maintenance, tree felling and tree care, clearing of flood runoff profiles, etc.

A framework agreement is to be concluded for four river masters - divided into 13 lots - with a pool of contractors. A maximum of three contractors per lot should be tied up for the entire period. The conclusion of the contract is initially limited to 31.12.2024 with the option to extend the contract annually up to and including 31.12.2026.

The entertainment area I (UG I) includes the districts Weimarer Land, Weimar and the Ilm-Kreis. The following waters of the first order are to be processed by the Contractor in this UG: Ilm, Gera, Zahme Gera, Wilde Gera

The entertainment area III (UG III) includes the district of Schmalkalden-Meiningen. The following waters of the first order are to be processed by the Contractor in this UG: Unstrut, Gera, Unstrut-Lossa, Wipper

The entertainment area IV (UG IV) includes the districts of Wartburgkreis and the district of Eisenach. The following waters of the first order are to be processed by the Contractor in this UG: Hörsel, Ulster, Nesse, Werra

The entertainment area includes the districts of NDH/Kyffhäuser. The following waters of the first order are to be processed by the Contractor in this UG: Unstrut, Wipper, Zorge, Helme, Helbe

The entertainment area includes UH/EIC counties. The Contractor shall process the following waters of the first order in this UG: Ustrut, Leine

The entertainment area II (UG II) includes the districts of Gotha and Erfurt (see overview map-UG II - SP Gotha). The following waters of the first order are to be processed by the Contractor in this UG: Apfelstädt, Gera, Ohra, Nesse, Hörsel

The entertainment area III (UG III) includes the districts of Sömmerda and the Kyffhäuserkreis. The following waters of the first order are to be processed by the Contractor in this UG: Unstrut, Gera, Unstrut-Lossa, Wipper

The entertainment area I (UG I) includes the district of Saalfeld / Rudolstadt and district Saale-Orla. The following waters of the first order are to be processed by the Contractor in this UG: Saale, Lache Saalfeld, Lache Volkstedt, Schwarza, Lichte, Loquitz

The entertainment area II (UG II) includes the district of Greiz, the urban area of Gera and the river area of the "White Elster" in the district of Saale-Holzland. The following waters of the first order are to be processed by the Contractor in this UG: Weida, Waldbach, Göltzsch, Weiße Elster, Altarm Bad Köstritz, Altarm Gera- Stublach, Altarm Caaschwitz, Altarm Crossen
