The agreement consists of, based on rent:
-designing and engineering the building
-drawing up documents for the application for the necessary permit(s)
-applications and coordination NUTS and data provision
-supplying, installing, connecting and delivering the temporary accommodation for the primary school Beneden Beekloop and nursery Potje Knor ready for use
-renting and maintaining the temporary accommodation during the period of use of 26 months, this period of use can optionally be extended
- return of the accommodation and 'clean delivery' of the location after the period of use
The agreement is entered into for a period of at least 26 months (period of use of the temporary accommodation). The intended effective date of the agreement is 1 October 2022. The completion date for the temporary accommodation is linked to the demolition of the existing building, which in turn is related to the start of the new building at the same location.
The command was not merged. It concerns an assignment for temporary educational housing for one location. In view of the market situation and the technical and organisational coherence within the contract, the municipality of Geldrop-Mierlo does not consider it appropriate to divide the contract into lots. In this capacity, the assignment is easily accessible to SMEs and is not divided into lots for this reason and the above motivation.
The period of use for the temporary housing depends on the progress of the new building, assuming a minimum period of 26 months with an extension to a maximum of 30 months. Registration must be based on the minimum period of 26 months. If a longer period of use is necessary, the rent per month with which you have registered will also apply to the additional months.
