This contract is a contract for the supply and installation of electromechanical equipment for the handling of wood chips and fines on the Integrated Waste Management Site (SIGD) of Floreffe.

These supplies are part of a project that aims on the one hand to change the method of handling and storage of wood chips B and wood fines and on the other hand to reduce dust emissions on the site.

The supplies of this contract are separated into 2 LOTS and include in particular:

- LOT 1: Overhead crane

* dismantling and evacuation of an old crane and its equipment

* Supply and installation of a new overhead crane with an automatic grapple for handling wood chips

- LOT 2: Various electromechanical equipment

* the supply and installation of a hopper and reddlers for loading trucks ... (see contract documents)

This lot includes the dismantling of an old overhead crane and its ancillary equipment (electrical equipment,....) as well as the supply and installation of a new overhead crane equipped with an automatic grapple/bucket. This grapple/bucket, which must be able to operate in full automatic mode, will have the mission of distributing the pads in the storage area and on the other hand to feed a loading hopper of the trucks. The new bridge and its grapple/bucket will be equipped with all the electrical and automation elements necessary for their proper functioning, in accordance with the wafer production line and the truck loading system.

This LOT includes the supply and installation of various electromechanical equipment for the handling or loading of wood chips and fine woods produced by the production line on the SIGD site in Floreffe. Such equipment shall include, in particular:

* the supply and installation of a hopper and reddlers for loading trucks

* the supply and installation of a telescopic chute with dust extraction for loading trucks

* the supply and installation of conveyor belts to send the wood fines produced by the chain (B3), towards the storage hall (B4)

* the supply and installation of a screening system to improve the quality of wood fines (elimination of overlengths)

* the supply and installation of a telescopic chute with dust extraction for the deposit of wood fines in the storage hall (B4)
