Description:
Reception of municipal waste from real estate inhabited from Sułkowice Municipality

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service in the field of receiving municipal waste from real estate inhabited from the Sułkowice Municipality.

2. In detail, the object of the order is described in the Order Item Description (OPZ), which is annexed to this specification of the terms of the contract;

3. The Contracting Authority requires employment under the contract of employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons performing the following activities during the execution of the order: the driver of the car receiving the waste

4. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility, within 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract to the existing service contractor, of a repetition of similar services with a total value of up to 20% of the value of the basic contract.

The subject of this order is the implementation of the service of the collection of municipal waste arising on the territory of inhabited real estate, cottages and other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes in the territory of the Municipality of Sułkowice.

The scope of the work includes:

1) Receiving municipal waste directly predates from inhabited properties, cottages and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, including:

(a) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste,

(b) waste selectively collected i.e.:

- paper and waste paper,

- glass,

- plastics, metal, textiles, multi-stock packaging waste;

- biowaste,

- ash and slag;

(c) large-size waste and waste of waste electrical and electronic equipment,

2) Receiving at the Selective Collection Point of Waste, i.e. PSZOK, waste delivered in their own right, by owners of inhabited property, cottages and other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes from the area of the Municipality of Sułkowice, taking into account the records Resolutions of the City Council on the Rules of Procedure and Purity in the Municipality of Sułkowice:

(a) paper,

(b) plastics,

(c) metal,

(d) glass,

(e) multi-aerial packaging,

(f) hazardous waste,

(g) waste not eligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes,

h) used batteries and batteries,

(i) consumed electrical and electronic equipment,

(j) furniture and other large-sized waste,

(k) worn tyres,

(l) construction and demolition waste,

(m) waste of textiles and clothing,

(n) biowaste,

o) ash and slag. ,

3) Transfer of waste collected from inhabited properties, cottages and other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes and municipal waste provided directly by the owners of the above property to the Selective Waste Collection Point, the entity presented in the tender for the development of municipal waste, together with transport from the area of the Municipality of Sułkowice.

The subject of the contract does not include the collection and management of municipal waste generated in connection with economic (also agricultural) activities.

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility, within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract to the existing service contractor, of a repetition of similar services with a total value of up to 20% of the value of the basic contract. These orders include:

• collection of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property, cottages and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, from the area of the Municipality of Sułkowice.

• The contract will be awarded after the procedure laid down for the contract from the free hand, preceded by the applicable invitation to negotiations and negotiations.

The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Law of Public Procurement, i.e. the Contracting Authority shall first examine and evaluate the tenders and then make the subject qualification of the Contractor whose offer has been highest assessed, in the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions of participation in the proceedings.
