ISHA is looking to establish a DPS to deliver repairs and maintenance services to its customers' homes and some commercial properties, such as ISHA’s offices. Other purchasing organisations such as other registered providers of social housing, Arm’s Length Management Organisations (ALMOs) and/or local authorities may also utilise the DPS.

Multi-trade contracts and works including but not limited to carpentry, plastering, decorating, groundworks, brickworks, etc. Individual tenders will provide more specific detail on the works required under each contract.

Plumbing repair and maintenance work. Individual tenders will provide more specific detail on the works required under each contract.

Repair and maintenance for electrical installations. The client reserves the right to include period testing also. Individual tenders will provide more specific detail on the works required under each contract.

Drainage maintenance works. Individual tenders will provide more specific detail on the works required under each contract.

Repair and maintenance works to roofs. The client reserves the right to include some replacement works also.

Glazing and associated ironmongery repairs and maintenance and locksmith services. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to include some replacements also. Individual tenders will provide more specific detail on the works required under each contract.
