This contract governs supplies for a period of 4 years.

The quantities to be supplied are estimated quantities.

By submitting his offer, the tenderer accepts, without any reserve, to deliver the quantities which will be ordered, whatever they are and without the right to a specific compensation in the event that the quantities mentioned for information are not reached.
