The project focuses on two independent important processes related to or as part of the climate finance negotiations: a) the global inventory and b) the preparation of the second report on determining the needs of developing countries. The overall objective of the project is on the one hand to make a substantial contribution to strengthening the role of the long-term goal in the redirection of financial flows according to Art. 2.1.c, and on the other hand, the process for drawing up the second report on the identification of the needs of developing countries, in particular through recommendations and a to support a case study or a best practice case.
