The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of medicinal products, enteral and parenteral nutrition preparations together with sets and glucose measurement tests to the Independent Public Health Care Center in Parczew divided into 26 tasks in the assortment and quantities specified in detail in the attached price forms constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ. The contracting authority allows partial bids to be submitted. The Contractor may submit a bid for any lot(s) or for the entire subject of the contract. The offered subject of the order listed in the price forms must be admitted to trading and use in the Polish in accordance with applicable law. The Contractor shall offer a shelf life of the delivered assortment not shorter than 6 months from the date of delivery.
