3.1. The subject of the contract is to design and obtain the necessary decisions, opinions and permits, including decisions on building permits or notification of the intention to perform construction works (if required), performance of services, supplies of materials and equipment, and execution of construction works regarding photovoltaic installations including (with possible change of connection conditions) to the power grid (distribution of electricity) as part of the task entitled "Installations photovoltaic in public facilities and infrastructure of the City and Commune of Działoszyn" - stage II

including, in particular, the execution in the "design and build" formula of objects indicated in the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in SWZ.

3.1. 2) PV installation - Canoe Marina Building in Działoszyn, Grunwaldzka 1A

3) PV installation - Sewage treatment plant in Trębaczew, 12 Dojazdowa Street

4) PV installation - Water intake (Hydrophore) in Trębaczew, Łąkowa Street

5) PV installation - Water intake (Hydrophore) in Raciszyn, Działoszyńska 69

6) PV installation - Water intake (Hydrophore) in Szczyty, Spacerowa Street

7) PV installation - Water intake (Hydrophore) in Niżankowice

8) PV installation - ZWiK administration building in Działoszyn, 10 Częstochowska Street

9) PV installation - UMiG building in Działoszyn, 21 Piłsudskiego Street

The task is co-financed by the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Łódź.

3.1.1. The detailed scope of the task covered by this contract is described

in the documentation constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, the attached documentation covers a wider scope than described in this SWZ, so the scope relating to the objects indicated in point 3.1 (above) should be included in the valuation.

In connection with the above, the Contractor will be obliged to

under this contract to be included in the valuation and execution of works, services and supplies resulting from the SWZ, including in particular from Annexes No. 2 to the SWZ in the scope of the facilities referred to in point 3.1. It is unacceptable to treat selectively any of the elements attached to the SWZ (Annex 2).

3.1.2. The Contractor undertakes to carry out works in consultation with the Contracting Authority

in a safe manner, as little burdensome as possible for users of the facilities on which investments will be carried out.

3.1.3. The photovoltaic installations made under this contract will be permanently connected to the power grid.
