- Flat-rate system service including maintenance and restoration of operational readiness for a minimum contract term of 60 months with an annual extension option of 12 months each;

- System service based on expenditure for service-related services to rectify faults which were not system-related and were caused by improper use;

- Training for users, technical administrators, technical administrators and multipliers.
