The present tender concerns the emptying of an estimated 19,000 road wells and an estimated 1,500 road wells in the Municipality of Helsingør and Fredensborg Municipality. Of these, an estimated 12,000 road wells and 500 road wells are located in Helsingør Municipality, of which an estimated 7,000 road wells and 1,000 road wells are located in Fredensborg Municipality.

The framework agreement includes the emptying of road wells on public roads, including streets, pedestrian streets, bridges, squares, parking places, and public paths in Helsingør Municipality and Fredensborg Municipality.

The two North Zealand municipalities are adjacent to each other, and derived from the common municipal boundary, the public road network in Helsingør Municipality and Fredensborg Municipality are largely connected. Therefore, on long stretches of road, the emptying of road wells can be carried out with great efficiency across the municipal boundary, which allows the supplier to optimize his work plan.
