The client focuses on the availability of sufficient, affordable housing in good locations. Homes that are in demand and that fit the different households in the Netherlands. Demographic, economic and spatial developments play an important role in this. Furthermore, reducing the current historically high housing shortage and restructuring and making the existing housing stock more sustainable are the most important tasks for the coming period.
