The JRC Petten intends to enter into a framework services contract to cover the following work: preventive and restorative maintenance works, as well as fitting-out, adaptation, and finishing works on both the inside and outside of the buildings occupied or managed by the European Commission in Petten (in particular masonry, all types of floor and wall coverings, all painting works, all types of partitions, suspended ceilings, raised floors, wooden joinery and carpentry, hardware, all techniques for finishing, structural works, sealing, and maintenance of roofs and facades, etc.). Furthermore, the contract covers the execution of ad hoc projects for furnishing and structural works that emerge during the execution of the contract.

General contracting for maintenance, finishing, and structural works in and around the buildings managed and/or used by JRC Petten.
