1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the commune of Dobrzyń on the Vistula collected by the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside.

2. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:

2.1. collection of municipal waste directly from the property from all owners of residential properties located in the commune of Dobrzyń nad Wisłą based on a waste segregation system divided into:

a) mixed up,

b) selectively collected:

Paper and cardboard,

Plastics, multi-material packaging, metals,

Biodegradable municipal waste, including green waste,

Glass and unsorted municipal waste, if the owner does not carry out separate collection

2.2. waste management listed in point 2.1.

The list of indicative address points for the collection of municipal waste from residential properties is attached as Annex 9 to the ToR and may be subject to change. The exact list will be provided to the contractor on the day the contract is signed.

2.3. collection and management of problem waste delivered by owners of residential properties for permanent or mobile Points of Selective Municipal Waste Collection, ie:

a) furniture and other bulky waste,

b) waste electrical and electronic equipment,

c) waste batteries and accumulators,

d) expired medicines and chemicals,

e) worn tires,

f) construction and demolition waste.

2.4. collection and management of overdue drugs from 1 functioning stationary point, i.e. the "Viktoria" pharmacy in Dobrzyń nad Wisłą at ul. Service Poland No. 3 - 2 containers with a capacity of 60 liters each - provided that the number of points and / or containers during the performance of the contract may change (no more than by 1 point - and 1 container with a capacity of 60 l). Medicine containers are provided by the customer
