Contracting entities administer approximately 5,700 general housing units primarily located in Aarhus Municipality, divided among 70 wards, as well as 276 leases in Favrskov Municipality divided among 4 wards.

Contracting entities are constantly working to ensure a high quality of service and to be able to offer its customers an attractive accommodation. Therefore, contracting entities around 110 employees are constantly working to develop and change the Housing Office Aarhus to provide the best possible services to customers.

- Pre-tendering tasks are completed by existing craftsmen even if the work is carried out after the start of the framework agreement;

- Work there on warranty obligations from the original supplier.

Three (3) Framework Agreements are expected to be awarded on the Partial Agreement.
