As a replacement for older emergency vehicles, up to 3 units (2 units plus 1 option) of new LF 10s will be procured for the Erkelenz fire brigade. In conjunction with the vehicles available in the fire brigade, these are intended to combine or supplement the properties in such a way that new current tactical and technical requirements are taken into account in technical assistance and firefighting. For tactical reasons, the extinguishing water tank should be dimensioned to the maximum. The optional vehicle for the Holzweiler site is also equipped with a load for technical assistance analogous to HLF 10.
The separate commissioning of the additional optional vehicle shall be made in writing if this is approved by other bodies to be involved, in particular if the financing is secured and other reasons do not prevent a transfer of the further services.
Chassis and bodyWith Lot 1, the chassis and body for two firefighting group vehicles (LF10) (plus optionally another identical vehicle) are put out to tender.
For the chassis, there must be a suitable authorized workshop in Erkelenz or the vicinity of the municipality (maximum approx. 50 km) and recognized by the vehicle supplier. Any necessary transfers as part of the vehicle body must be discussed with the customer, identified accordingly and, if necessary, included in the calculation. The required maximum dimensions must be taken into account when selecting chassis. Any special features must be pointed out separately, these may have to be taken into account and explained in a side offer.
If the bid prices for the bodywork for an LF10 apply only in conjunction with a chassis from a specific manufacturer or in a specific design or equipment, this must be noted. The different offer prices for bodies on the other chassis offered must then be indicated. All drawers and flaps as well as all installed devices must be permanently secured in such a way that unintentional opening or falling out while driving and in the event of an accident is effectively prevented. During removal, it is essential to ensure that logically coherent loading groups are formed and that possible free spaces are not unnecessarily blocked by installations. Reference is made to the preliminary remark in this regard in the fire-fighting loading planning. For the combination of the assemblies, plastic containers that are as identical as possible, or at least tailor-made, sufficiently stable (Euro standard containers: The external dimensions must be matched to Euro pallet standard 1,200mm x 800mm) are to be used, unless otherwise stated. The contents of the container must be labelled on the front and back of the container! Empty spaces are to be used or made usable consistently!
All used location or direction information or designations (such as left, right, etc.) can always be seen in the direction of travel.
Firefighting loadingWith Lot 2, the firefighting equipment for two firefighting group vehicles (LF10) (plus optionally another identical vehicle) is put out to tender.
The loading planning of the LF 10 essentially corresponds to DIN-14530-5. The loading was changed or supplemented due to operational experience and local requirements. The load listed in the service description should be accommodated as completely as possible in the vehicle. The arrangement of loading in the equipment rooms is based on seven equipment rooms (G1 - GR). Particular emphasis must be placed on ensuring that related equipment (e.g. chainsaw and accessories, various toolboxes) can be stored logically together. During expansion, care must be taken to ensure that sensible loading groups are formed and that possible free spaces are not unnecessarily blocked by installations. For the combination of the assemblies, sufficiently stable plastic containers (in Euro pallet dimensions) are to be used that are as identical as possible - or at least tailor-made. The contents of the container must be clearly labelled on the front and back of the container. Care must be taken to ensure that there is sufficient free space for easy storage and stowing (even when it is no longer repackaged). This applies in particular to the storage of respiratory protection technology. The load planning (assignment to the equipment rooms) is binding as the first proposal and may only be changed after consultation. If an order is not possible, the client must be consulted. If, in your opinion, improvements or additions are made to the loading plan, alternative/supplementary offers are permitted.
Note: The numbering in the service description does not correspond exactly to DIN 14530-5!
