TVT Asunnot Oy invites tenders for pest and rodent control services for residential buildings located in the Turku region. The procurement includes mapping and control of pests and rodents in residential apartments and other properties in accordance with the attached service descriptions.

An agreement on the procurement will be made for the period 1.10.2023 - 30.9.2025. The contract may be extended by decision of the Client for an indefinite period.

The acquisition is contracted with one service provider.

The procurement includes the identification and control of insect pests in residential apartments in accordance with the service description in Appendix 1.

The service is ordered as needed.

The procurement includes rodent mapping and control at the properties in accordance with the service description in Appendix 2.

The procurement includes a fixed amount of electronic and mechanical control equipment, which will be placed in properties requiring rodent control in accordance with rodent observations.
