The object of the market is the purchase and delivery of foodstuffs in school kitchens managed by the central kitchen, in order to provide the public school catering service, around 2,800 meals a day (school days). Autonomous public establishment the central kitchen manages in hot connection the school catering of nursery schools, primary schools, retirement homes. The services give rise to a framework agreement with order forms with no annual minimum or annual maximum, in application of article R. 2162-2 of the public order code. Each lot of the framework agreement may be awarded to a maximum of three economic operators. During the term of the framework agreement, subsequent contracts will be awarded after reopening of competition between all the holders of the framework agreement. The holder will submit a mandatory variant offer with a listing of the products offered eligible for the “EGalim” law. Other variations are not allowed.
